Desmond-Hellmann: UCSF must be 'nimble and competitive'

University of California, San Francisco
told about 300 students, faculty, staff and visitors in her third annual “State of the University” address Tuesday that the move ensures a “nimble and competitive” UCSF in a world of health care reform and flat National Institutes of Health budgets.
